1. Advantages of shortwave white-plated lamps
Firstly, the wavelength of shortwave lamps ranges from 0.75-1.4 um. The shorter the wavelength of the shortwave lamp, the higher the wave energy and therefore the higher the temperature that can be achieved. The filament temperature of shortwave lamps can reach 1800-2400 degrees Celsius. The white-plated segmental wave lamps are coated with a white ceramic coating. With this white ceramic coating 75% of the infrared rays are reflected, allowing the lamp to operate at temperatures of 900-1000 degrees Celsius.
Secondly, the short wave white plated lamps have a faster response time, 1-2 seconds for normal operation.
Thirdly, the short-wave lamps have a long service life of more than 5000h.
Fourth, the short-wave single tube is small and easy to use. Although small in size but can be tailored to larger power, the rated power of a single heating tube can reach more than 6000W.
