1. The wavelength is controlled in the range of 0.76 ~ 1.4 m, the user can choose different wavelength heating tubes according to the material and physical characteristics of the heated workpieces.

2. The heating tubes have high thermal efficiency, the infrared radiation efficiency can reach over 86% in a certain wavelength and direction. The thermal inertia of the infrared radiant heating tube is very small, it can reach about 50% of the rated power in 1 ~ 2 seconds after electrification, and can run at full power in about 2 ~ 4 seconds, heating up and cooling down quickly and accurately.

3. The heating tube has a small volume and a large power, the rated power of a single heating tube can be more than 6000W.

4. According to the needs of customers, a gold-containing directional reflecting layer can be sprayed on certain parts of the outer wall of the heating tube, which can greatly improve the heating efficiency, lower the temperature of the reflector.
